Hello from Cardiff in South Wales, not the sunniest place on the planet but as I love rain it suits me fine.  I was probably a duck in a previous life.  I don't have webbed feet but I'm working on it.

Visitor's notice

I hope to put a few photo's of Cardiff on this website and a number of photo's of items I have kept over the years that remind me of my youth.  Items such as old subbuteo and bubble gum cards.  I still have the original Dr Who annual from the mid 1960's although it is far from mint condition.  When people start to declutter I guess they find things that are just too good to throw out and I'm no exception.

The two photo's on this page show a boat sailing up the river Taff in Cardiff.  It looks like a toy but it really is a full size boat.  The other photo is of a statue of Gareth Edwards, one of the best rugby players Wales has produced.  This statue is in a shopping centre in Cardiff but has been moved since I took the photo. It always amused me that it was originally placed in front of the Peacocks store and maybe we should be grateful that only the pea part of peacocks can be seen between his legs.
